What Is The Practitioners RISE Model?
The Practitioner RISE Model™ is a growth framework I created that helps established Natural Health & Wellness Practitioners (chiropractors, acupuncturists, naturopaths, functional medicine practitioners, nutritionists, and integrative clinic owners) expand their income and impact online, beyond the treatment room.
At its center is the R.I.S.E. Pathway, four stages completed in order: ROOT into your identity, message, and mission; INTEGRATE strategy, systems, and structure; STAND OUT through aligned visibility and thought leadership; and EXPAND into your next level of impact with sustainability. The model's core premise: practitioners were trained to be clinicians, not CEOs, and online expansion built without foundation creates chaos, so the stages cannot be skipped.

Most practice growth advice answers one question: how do I get more patients? For an established practitioner, that question is often the wrong one, because every new patient still requires the practitioner to be present in the treatment room, earning each dollar with an hour.

What makes the model different?
Three commitments distinguish it from generic online business advice. It is practitioner-specific: built for clinicians with full patient schedules, scope-of-practice realities, and trust-based warm audiences, which is why its benchmarks (warm audiences converting at 1 to 3 percent to personal invitations) come from practitioner launches rather than influencer funnels.
It is sequenced: the stages run in order because each one depends on the last, and most failed expansions are stage-skips in disguise.
